- Ranch Dressing

Preparation

 

Stir together buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, vinegar, and garlic powder in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients

MAKES 1 CUP

  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper

- Creamy Ranch Slaw

Preparation

 

Toss cabbage with ranch dressing in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper.

  • 3 cups thinly sliced red and green cabbage
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper

Elote Dog - Mayonnaise + Charred-Corn Salsa + raw tomatillo wedges + Tajín Clásico seasoning

- Charred-Corn Salsa

Preparation

Prepare a grill for medium-high heat (or heat a dry large cast-iron skillet over medium-high). Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred, 5–8 minutes. Let cool. Cut kernels off cobs.

Toss kernels with queso fresco, onion, oil, and lime zest in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper.
