  • Receive monthly shipments with seasonally appropriate cuts
  • Receive recipes to cook lesser-known cuts with confidence and flavor
  • Subscribe for 6 or 12 months. Pay in one lump sum or monthly upon delivery
  • Pause monthly shipments when on vacation; increase if cooking for a crowd

Beef Subscription

  • 6–7 lbs./month of our grass-fed beef preselected for season
  • Ground: 1–3 lbs. each month
  • Roasts: short ribs, brisket, chuck roast, top round, bottom round, etc.
  • Steaks: porterhouse, ribeye, T-bone, sirloin, etc.
  • Specialty: steak tips, stew beef, all-beef franks, shank, etc.
  • Organ meats – upon request

Beef/Lamb Subscription

  • 9–11 lbs./month of our grass-fed beef & lamb, preselected for season
  • Roasts: rack, leg, shoulder, neck
  • Chops: loin, rib, riblets
  • Specialty: kebabs, ground, stew meat, shanks, sweet Italian sausage links
  • Organ meats: upon request
